What We Offer
Steady dedicated freight in Midwest Regional Lanes.
Get home weekends (For drivers that choose to get home weekends. 90% of the time you’ll be home for your reset, otherwise we’ll pay you extra for time away from home)
Gross Up to $10k per week… and MORE! (80% of Gross to Owner Operator)
For Owner Operators, the 20% covers…
- Dry Van Trailer (most trailers newer than 2019 with logistics posts)
- Cargo, Auto and General liability Insurance (OO provides own bobtail insurance)
- ELD
- PrePass

- Discount Fuel Cards (Comdata, Fuelman, and Pilot/Flying J)
- Detention Pay
- Plate Program (if you need, we can provide plate with actual cost deducted over time)

Driver Requirements
- 1yr verifiable OTR experience – long distance or regional.
- Must be willing to submit to background screening. Work history and driving record must meet our hiring requirements
- Owner Operators must have a reliable tractor, less than 10 years old. Call me if you think your truck deserves an exception 😉
How we operate
- Smaller warehouses. We try to steer clear of mega food and beverage warehouses and distribution centers and middle of the night appointments (eliminates waiting times and route disturbances, plus drivers need a life!)
- No touch freight
- Drop and hook trailer pools (where possible)
- Dedicated shippers and receivers
- One stop/drop at receiver (Unless quick and easy occasional multiple stops, extra compensation to driver)
- Lighter loads which save transit time and wear and tear on equipment.
