Our goal is to hire the best drivers, then, do everything possible to help them succeed. This includes the highest income potential and quality of life.

We get our owner operators:
- Home on the weekends for drivers in the Chicago to Indianapolis areas (if desired).
- Average $7 to 9k per week gross income… or more!
- Dedicated shippers and/or lanes in many cases.
- A life and a future!

These are obviously important concepts to truck drivers. But they’re even more than that. They’re what drivers NEED and should insist on. Because these things are so important to drivers, they are absolutely ESSENTIAL goals to us as well.

About the Owner, Jim Purcell
In 1992, I started my trucking career in household moving. The school’s driver training, however, was less than awesome. It took years of driving, and figuring things out on my own, to finally master trucking. This is, unfortunately, how most drivers have to get there, and many never do.
I have over 25 years experience in all areas of trucking. I’ve worked for many trucking companies in all areas of trucking… Dry van, refer, flatbed, doubles/triples, and tankers.
Why so many trucking companies? Honestly, most of them sucked weren’t that great.
You name it, I went through it… Low pay. NO Pay. No home time. Crappy equipment. Crappier bosses and dispatchers. Illegal and dangerous driving routine. (These are just a few off the top of my head!)
This struggle inspired me to create some truck driver training guides and trucking websites to help drivers succeed in their trucking lives.
It also gave me the idea to create a trucking company. The RIGHT KIND of trucking company. One that treats drivers fairly, like one of their our own family. A company that gives you the chance to make great money, offering the highest gross and quality equipment for a truly win win scenario. And, last but not least, home time… drivers (depending on the area) can even choose to get home on weekends!
